Children's Crisis Outreach Response System (CCORS)

CCORS Children's Crisis Outreach Response System (CCORS) and Intensive Stabilization Services (ISS) are programs within Family Services and Mental Health and are funded by the King County Counseling & Therapeutic Support Organization and the Department of Social and Health Services. The CCORS program offers short-term, community-based and family centered services with the goal of crisis stabilization, hospital diversion, and placements disruptions prevention.
YOUTHCARE is a community based organization that serves youth ages 12-24. Youthcare works to end youth homeless by providing a range of services including shelter, housing, education and employment training.

Teen Link Youth crisis specialists are available to talk by phone from 6-10pm every night, chat from 6-9:30pm every night, and text from 6-9:30pm on Wednesdays.

Safe Place is a program for youth ages 12-17 in King County who need a Safe Place to stay. Youth can call the 24/7 hotline for help, text 'SAFE' and your location to 44357 or visit any designated Safe Place site. Safe Place sites are designated with a yellow diamond Safe Place logo and include King County libraries, Seattle Parks and Rec Community Centers, YMCAs and more.

Mental Health Referral Service Washington’s Mental Health Referral Service for Children and Teens connects families with mental health providers who have openings in their schedule and can meet your child’s needs.
