School Supplies for Fall 2024

Do you need help with school supplies?
If your family needs assistance with school supplies for next year, items will be available at each school a few days before school begins. Please watch for communication from your school about how to pick up supplies, or contact your school’s main office.
Do you want to help others with their school supplies?
The Shoreline PTA Council and Shoreline Public Schools Foundation are collaborating to collect donations to help make sure all kids are back-to-school-ready. They are seeking new backpacks and financial contributions for school supplies. If you’re able to contribute, here are three ways you can.

1. Donate backpacks in person to:

Shoreline Public Schools Foundation

@ Shoreline Center

18560 1st Ave. NE, Shoreline, WA 98155

2. Purchase backpacks from this Amazon wish list for delivery to Shoreline Public Schools Foundation.

3. Make a financial contribution to Shoreline Public Schools Foundation

Summer Housing, Mental Health, and Legal Support for Young People

The following is a list of organizations that can support our students and families with summer housing, case management, food, summer jobs and internships, etc. This is NOT a comprehensive list, but rather partners who have worked with Shoreline School District recently.

The Center of Parent Excellence (COPE) project was developed as a support to enhance the WA State Health Care Authority's System of Care framework. The project is intended to provide a pathway for Washington State parents who are accessing and navigating the children’s behavioral health system to have peer support to ease their journey, whenever possible. This is a great referral for families needing support with finding and accessing appropriate behavioral and mental health resources for their young person. No waiting list.

YMCA Social Impact Center for Youth and Teens
The center offers wraparound services including shelter, counseling, employment training, educational support, and more to young people ages 0-24. Young people and families who need access to emergency or long-term housing, or case management can call the number below, a list of provided services can be found on their website. No waiting list.
