School Supplies List

Supply List for the 2025-2026 School Year 

These are recommended (not required) for students at all grade levels.  Items DO NOT need to be brand new! Need financial assistance?  Email or call our family advocate: jocelyn.trail.cruz@ssd412.org or (206) 393-4738

  1. 1 backpack
  2. 1 water bottle with a water-tight screw-top lid or straw (please DO NOT bring a soft- sided squeeze water bottle!)  Label your water bottle with your FIRST & LAST names.
  3. 1 pencil pouch (label with your FIRST & LAST names)
  4. 1 roll of Scotch tape and 2 glue sticks
  5. 1 pair of safety scissors
  6. 1 pair of corded headphones or earbuds:  Example 
  7. 1 small pack of colored pencils
  8. 1 pack of black or blue ink pens
  9. 1 pack of #2 pencils
  10. 1 pack of highlighter pens
  11. 2 fine-tip Sharpie pens
  12. 2 college ruled composition notebooks - Example
  13. 3 spiral notebooks 
  14. 3 “pocket folders” with prongs (different colors recommended) - Example
  15. 1 inch binder, package of filler paper, package of page dividers (8th Grade Only)
  16. Four Function Calculator (Math 1 & 2) OR Scientific calculator (Math 3, Algebra, Geometry)
    1. Four Function Calculator:  Casio HS-8VA  Example
    2. Scientific Calculator: Texas Instruments TI-3OXIIS  Example 

* Note:  All students will eventually need a Scientific Calculator for math. You can 

purchase one in 6th grade and just hold on to your calculator from year to year.

 

Electives:

Spanish, French, Japanese: 

  • 1 pocket folder with prongs

Visual Arts:  9x12 Sketchbook for drawing:

  • Strathmore 400 Series Sketch Pad Example

 

General School Supplies and Shared Items:

Please consider donating some of these supplies so teachers can replenish their class sets.  You or your Einstein student can drop off donated supplies in the main office and we will ensure they get to the teachers in need.  Thank you for your generous support!

  • Sharps (X-Acto knives; razor blades)

  • Soft-sided squeeze-type water bottles
  • Medications (MUST be kept w/Nurse)
  • Energy Drinks
  • Body Spray, Perfume or Aerosol Cans (show kindness to those with allergies/sensitivities)
